We ship exclusively via Bosta, one of Egypt's leading logistics providers. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Bosta tracking number.
COD is available on all orders across Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, re-delivery fees apply and are the customer's responsibility.
The following are deducted from your refund:
Example: if you paid EGP 3,000 for an item with EGP 100 shipping, and return shipping is EGP 100, your refund will be EGP 2,800.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at customers@pazarly.com with your order reference number. We will arrange a Bosta pickup from your address within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay); card payments are refunded to the original card via Paymob.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Items bought on final-clearance markdown are sold as-is unless faulty.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
All items in our catalogue are genuine, original-brand merchandise bought directly from official brand stores and authorised retailers in Turkey. We do not sell replicas, imitations, or counterfeit goods of any kind.
These are clearance and end-of-season stock pieces in limited sizes. The low prices reflect surplus inventory — not lower quality. The products themselves are exactly what you would find on the shelves of the original brand stores.
